Member Benefits Include

• One 1-hour Swedish or Deep Tissue massage session* each month.
• Additional massage sessions, paid for at time of service, may be purchased during the month at Members’ low discounted rates.  Save $10 to $35 or more each session!
• Special Members’ discounts on other forms and types of massage therapy, such as Sports, Pregnancy, Infant, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Reiki, Hot Chocolate, Hot Stone, and more!
• Members may choose to upgrade the type of massage they would like to have for their monthly session by paying the difference between the $49.95 Swedish or Deep Tissue massage and the style or technique of their choice. For example, if the Member would prefer Sports massage therapy, he or she would pay $10 extra for that session. Or the Member might choose to upgrade to a Hot Stones massage by paying $25 more!

NEW YEAR'S SPECIAL: $99 INITIATION FEE WAIVED IN DECEMBER AND JANUARY!

• All Memberships are based on monthly debit of $49.95 per month, or an annual pre-payment.
• Members have the right to discontinue their membership at any time with a 60 day written notice.
• Imagine Wellness reserves the right to cancel Client’s Membership at any time without cause.
• All massages are to be used within 60 days of the previous month’s debit date.  All massages not used will be forfeited. There are NO cash, check, or credit refunds for unused services.
• All massage sessions are based on appointment availability and hours of clinic operation.
• While we will make every effort to match you with the massage therapist of your choice, staff availability cannot be guaranteed.
• For an individual service, the Spa Industry policy of a 50% cancellation fee ($25 minimum) applies for anything less than 24 hours notice. Couples massage and Spa Parties require 48 hours notice to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.

*One-hour massage session consists of a 50-minute massage, and time for consultation and dressing.
